Hey there! I’m a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner with a background in exercise science, clinical research, and rehabilitation. It might sound like a lot of different lanes, but I’ve never really seen them that way.

I kept coming back to the same question throughout my career: what if we stopped looking at the body in pieces?

Pain doesn’t exist separately from how you move. Strength doesn’t exist separately from how you recover. Energy, hormones, digestion, sleep, stress, and movement all influence the way you feel and what your body is capable of doing.

That’s why I built Thrive Health.

I wanted a place where we could zoom out. Where care could go beyond fixing what hurts or chasing individual symptoms and instead help you understand your body, rebuild what isn’t working, and become more capable of doing the things you want to do.

Because ultimately, I’m not interested in making health the center of your life. I want your health to give you more life to live.

I want the same thing for my patients that I want for myself: a body that lets me say yes.

The woman is smiling, wearing sunglasses, a brown jacket, black pants, and a orange backpack. The man is also smiling, wearing sunglasses, a gray t-shirt, tan pants, and has a beard. The landscape behind them shows lush green valleys, fields, and a clear blue sky.

Yes to the hike.
The workout.
The trip.
The ridiculously ambitious goal.
The long day doing something you love.
And enough energy left for the ordinary Tuesday, too.

I don't want to spend my life thinking about my health. I want my health to let me live it.

A few things you should probably know about me...

Line drawing of a woman holding a double-ended paddle, seen from behind with her hair flowing down her back.
  • I will choose a mountain trip over a beach vacation almost every time.

  • My idea of fun ranges from CrossFit and HYROX to hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and anything else that gives me an excuse to be outside.

  • I’m a lifelong learner in the most literal sense. There is almost always a course, research paper, podcast, or new rabbit hole somewhere in my life.

  • My dog Luna has been on enough adventures that she probably deserves her own travel résumé.

  • I have a tendency to believe that if something sounds slightly ridiculous but really fun, we should probably do it.

Enough about me…

What does thriving look like for you?

Maybe it's having the energy to get through your day without running on empty. Maybe it's finally understanding symptoms you've been told are “normal.” Maybe it's getting back to lifting, running, traveling, playing with your kids — or simply feeling like yourself again.

Whatever you're building toward, let's figure out the best place to start.
